There is no official industry definition. Dildos are usually labeled XXL when they exceed 20 cm in length and 5.5 cm in diameter. On "monster" models, dimensions reach 25-30 cm in length and 7+ cm in diameter. Diameter affects fit more than length, so it is worth paying attention to both dimensions when buying.

Adapting to larger sizes happens gradually, over weeks or months. Increasing from one size to the next should not exceed 0.5-1 cm in diameter.
