An anal hook is a metal object shaped like a J or U. It consists of: a curved stainless steel body, 20-35 cm long; a spherical end that enters the anus; and a ring at the other end for tying to rope. It's used in BDSM/Shibari for bondage positions: the ring connects to rope that tensions the submissive's body into a specific stance, usually with the head tilted back.

Steel's advantage: it withstands full sterilisation, unlike silicone/plastic. Downside: if it isn't quality steel, it can rust.
