Quality models are made of dual-density silicone, with a firmer inner core and a softer outer surface. This brings the feel to the touch close to that of natural skin.
These are two different approaches to a realistic feel. Materials like CyberSkin (a patented TPE blend) offer a soft, lifelike touch, but need more care in cleaning and storage because they are porous. Dual-density medical silicone gives a slightly firmer feel, is non-porous, withstands years of use and can be sterilized. The choice depends on whether you prioritize feel or durability and hygiene.
Testicles add a more natural look and act as a natural insertion limit. A suction cup lets you fix the dildo to smooth surfaces, so it can be used hands-free. The safest way is to immerse it in lukewarm water at 38-42°C for 5-10 minutes. Alternatively, wrap it in a warm towel for a few minutes.
