It depends on setting and duration. First use: moderate pressure from a tweezer style for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Increasing use: raise pressure gradually; a maximum time of 5 minutes at first, building to 15-20 minutes; watch the colour, where pink is OK and blue/purple means too much.
