This is a devious little device consisting of a steel ring that sits around the nipple with a steel frame housing a clover nipple clamp and screwing device. Once fitted it is the tension on the nipple being pulled that holds it in place, whilst slowly turning the dial will pull and stretch the nipple to achieve the desired effect. Clamps (nipple clamps, clitoral clamps) are small mechanical pieces that squeeze the nipples or clitoris, creating pressure and increased sensitivity. Types: tweezer style, scissor-like with adjustable pressure, beginner-friendly; clover/Japanese, which tighten more the more they're pulled, intense; magnetic, magnetic pressure with no visible mechanism; and adjustable screw, with screw-set pressure.
