Clamps (nipple clamps, clitoral clamps) are small mechanical pieces that squeeze the nipples or clitoris, creating pressure and increased sensitivity. Types: tweezer style, scissor-like with adjustable pressure, beginner-friendly; clover/Japanese, which tighten more the more they're pulled, intense; magnetic, magnetic pressure with no visible mechanism; and adjustable screw, with screw-set pressure. It depends on setting and duration. First use: moderate pressure from a tweezer style for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
