A tucking gaff is a special undergarment for MtF expression. Function: it compresses the external genitals (penis and testicles) so they don't show under clothes. Shape: a bikini or full brief with a tight front pouch. Materials: spandex, lycra, microfiber. Proper placement: the testicles are pushed up into the body; the penis is folded back between the thighs; the gaff holds them there. Prolonged use over 8-10 hours can irritate, so breaks are recommended.

Two different uses of the same category. Trans expression: trans people express their gender with these products in daily life or as part of transition; it's gender-affirming, not erotic. A strap-on harness is the fabric or leather piece that holds a dildo in place of the penis.
