An e-stim device (electrosex) uses safe low-voltage electrical pulses to stimulate muscles and nerve endings. The system: a central power box with settings; cables with electrodes; and pads or special toys (cock ring, dildo, butt plug). The pulses cause involuntary muscle contractions in the pelvic muscles and genitals. The sensation ranges from a mild tingle to intense pulsing stimulation. Brands: ElectraStim, Mystim.

Yes, with strict adherence to the rules. Allowed: only dedicated erotic e-stim systems; only below the waist and above the knees; and a gradual increase in intensity from the lowest. FORBIDDEN: above the waist (heart, brain); for people with a pacemaker, heart disease, epilepsy or pregnancy; on broken or irritated skin; and in water without waterproof electrodes. On any discomfort, stop immediately. If a spasm doesn't subside, see a doctor.

Two attachment options. Electrode pads: adhesive pads placed directly on the skin, cheap and flexible in placement, but single-use or limited (30-50 uses). Special e-stim toys: a cock ring with electrodes, dildos, butt plugs with current conduction, full sets, pricier (50-200 euros per piece) but reusable and more intense. The advice: beginners try pads, the experienced go for complete sets with toys.

A first-use path: read the specific unit's instructions; place pads on the pelvic muscles (buttocks, inner thigh), not the genitals at first; start from the lowest level and raise gradually; try different modes (continuous, pulsing, wave); a 10-15 minute session at first; and after 3-5 familiarisation sessions, move to the genitals if desired. The advice: start solo to understand it before using it with a partner.

Technically similar, different in approach. TENS (medical) is designed for pain relief, with simple programs, low maximum intensity, for the back and limbs. Erotic e-stim has complex programs, higher intensity and special toys (cock ring, dildo). Many start with a TENS unit they have at home; it works technically but has few modes, medical pads and no special toys. For serious erotic use, a dedicated e-stim is recommended.

A chastity cage is a structure that surrounds the penis, restricting erection and masturbation. It's held by a ring around the testicles and base of the penis and locks with a padlock. Types: plastic (light, cheap), silicone (flexible, comfortable), and metal/steel (heavy, stable, premium). In chastity play, the dominant holds the key and controls when the submissive can remove the cage. Duration ranges from hours to weeks.

Gradual adjustment. First time: 1-2 hours to get used to it. First week: 4-8 hours a day. Moderate level: 12-24 hours with removal for cleaning. Extended use: days to weeks with regular 30-60 minute breaks for cleaning. Points of care: not 24/7 without breaks, since air and cleaning are essential; remove immediately if dermatitis, colour change or pain appears; and during sleep nocturnal erections can occur and hurt, so beginners should remove it at night.

Two measurements are critical. Cage length: equal to the penis when flaccid (not erect); too large slips, too small compresses. Ring diameter (around the testicles and base of the penis): measure the circumference of the penis base plus testicles when erect, then a ring 5-10 mm smaller than that. Many models come in a set of 3-5 different ring sizes for an exact fit. Typical sizes: 38-50 mm ring diameter, 50-100 mm cage length.

Important due to the sensitive area. Remove it 1-2 times a day for 15-30 minutes; fully clean the cage with water and mild soap; clean the penis and area; dry completely before refitting; and check for irritation, abrasions or colour change. On dermatitis or strong irritation, stop and see a doctor. Plastic and silicone are easier to clean than metal. Water-based lube is good; don't use silicone lube on silicone.

Emergency release is a safety system for removing the cage in an emergency without the normal key. Variants: a second key kept somewhere safe (a deposit box, a parent's house) accessible only in need; an emergency key in a sealed envelope that's broken only in an emergency; plastic locks that break by hand; and combination padlocks with separately stored code knowledge. In a medical emergency, a doctor can cut the cage off.
