Customer Questions

A prostate massager (P-spot vibrator) is a vibrator specially designed to target the prostate via anal insertion. Features: a curved shape that follows the internal anatomy and reaches the prostate (5-7 cm in); often an extra arm for stimulating the perineum externally; a wide base outside the body for safety; often vibrating with 5-10 intensities, USB charging; body-safe silicone. Brands: Aneros, Lelo Hugo, We-Vibe Vector.

The P-spot (prostate) is the prostate, a gland in the pelvic floor, in front of the rectum and below the bladder. Stimulation: when stimulated via anal insertion, it causes intense pleasure, different from a classic orgasm. Many men describe a P-spot orgasm as more lasting, with smooth waves, not necessarily with ejaculation. Location: 5-7 cm from the anal opening, toward the belly. Like a small spherical bulge on the wall.

A gradual approach. External stimulation first: massage the perineum (between testicles and anus) with a finger; the P-spot is felt indirectly from there. Internal with a finger: plenty of lube, one finger inserted with smooth pressure, locating the prostate. A small butt plug for getting used to anal insertion. A prostate massager on a low level. Gradual increase in intensity. In all, 3-6 sessions are needed to get used to it and reach a full P-spot orgasm. Plenty of water-based lube.

Almost, with a few exceptions. Suitable for men who: are curious about anal stimulation; don't have prostate problems like inflammation; are comfortable with their preferences. It's not a matter of orientation: straight, gay and bi men benefit equally. Not in: recent prostate surgery; active inflammation; a recent anal injury; haemorrhoids in an active phase. Medical advice if in doubt.

Beyond pleasure, it has medical benefits. Better prostate blood flow: helps protect against prostatitis. Expression of prostatic fluid: reduces bacterial concentration. Ejaculation control: P-spot practice helps. Intense orgasms. In medical cases (chronic prostatitis) a doctor recommends 'prostate massage' as part of treatment. It doesn't replace a medical check. Advice: an annual prostate check after 45.
