An anal douche is a device that introduces water into the rectum to clean it before anal activity. There are a few forms. A bulb douche is a 200-400 ml rubber ball with a nozzle, cheap and easy. A shower attachment connects to your shower for continuous flow. An enema bag hangs with a tube for larger capacity. A travel bottle is a disposable plastic option. The purpose is internal cleaning for hygiene and peace of mind.

Follow the steps. Fill the douche with lukewarm water, never hot or cold, and lubricate the nozzle. Sit or lie down in the bathroom, insert the nozzle 3-5 cm, then slowly release the water.
