Oral sex gels are flavoured gels or sprays applied to the penis or vulva before oral sex. Many flavoured gels contain sugar or syrup. Sugar isn't ideal for the teeth in frequent use either. Sugar-free gels with stevia or sucralose are friendlier for diabetics and yeast-prone people.
