A Kegel ball (Kegel balls, ben wa balls) is a small spherical or egg-shaped object placed inside the vagina to strengthen the pelvic muscles. It works two ways. Passively: its presence activates the muscles holding it. Actively: the user does Kegel contractions while holding it. It comes in different sizes/weights for progression. Common material: medical silicone or stainless steel. Often with a cord or stem for removal.

Benefits of strengthening the pelvic muscles. A tighter feel during intercourse (mutual or for the user). Better urinary control (preventing or addressing incontinence after childbirth or with age).
