A Kegel ball (Kegel balls, ben wa balls) is a small spherical or egg-shaped object placed inside the vagina to strengthen the pelvic muscles. It works two ways. Passively: its presence activates the muscles holding it. Actively: the user does Kegel contractions while holding it. It comes in different sizes/weights for progression.
