Clamps (nipple clamps, clitoral clamps) are small mechanical pieces that squeeze the nipples or clitoris, creating pressure and increased sensitivity. Types: tweezer style, scissor-like with adjustable pressure, beginner-friendly; clover/Japanese, which tighten more the more they're pulled, intense; magnetic, magnetic pressure with no visible mechanism; and adjustable screw, with screw-set pressure. They often connect to a chain or weights for extra sensation.

It depends on setting and duration. First use: moderate pressure from a tweezer style for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Increasing use: raise pressure gradually; a maximum time of 5 minutes at first, building to 15-20 minutes; watch the colour, where pink is OK and blue/purple means too much. The removal sensation: a momentary intense sensitivity as blood returns. Many users report this is the most intense moment. After removal: pink colour and heightened sensitivity for 30-60 minutes.

Similar mechanism, different area. Nipple clamps: larger, designed for the more resilient nipples, with medium to strong pressure.
