A chastity cage is a structure that surrounds the penis, restricting erection and masturbation. It's held by a ring around the testicles and base of the penis and locks with a padlock. Types: plastic (light, cheap), silicone (flexible, comfortable), and metal/steel (heavy, stable, premium). Variants: a second key kept somewhere safe (a deposit box, a parent's house) accessible only in need; an emergency key in a sealed envelope that's broken only in an emergency; plastic locks that break by hand; and combination padlocks with separately stored code knowledge. In a medical emergency, a doctor can cut the cage off.
